Looks like we've hit midseason form.

But the two best d men from last season are gone, Street and Vis. Nabby is on the shelf and Poulin doesn't know the NHL shooters.

Its ok to play hard hitting hockey against teams in a playoff round but this is the regular season where you come against teams that are fresh, rested or just as much in need of a win.

I realize we have injuries on D and in Goal.. the two places we were super weak to begin with... but this style of play, the way we are coached and the lack of preparation & urgency are the main reasons we are in the mess we are in right now... This team has talent but it is being squandered. They need to fire this damn coach and bring in an experienced NHL Coach.

Was it the television broadcast or radio that was shutdown? I've never heard of such a thing. Was it to spare the viewers/listeners of anymore of a one-sided game or is there a time limit.

Either way it was nice for them to save the fanbase of any further embarrassment for that game at least.

Huh? What do you mean the broadcast was shutdown early? Really? Does that mean that if the game runs long there is a prescribed limit (say 10:30 PM) where they just go into other programming? What kind of mickey mouse operation has the broadcast rights over there?
